Jamie has been involved in buying property since 1999, during that time he also worked for Bank of America until 2004 when he became a full-time property developer. Jamie is active in every area of the business and has a real focus on developing key relationships to enable quality off market deal flow. Jamie has sourced and raised finance for his companies on projects ranging from £100K to £24m through institutional and private investors.
Carl has recently joined Store House London, following the last 15 years working in central London on numerous commercial office, residential and mixed-use developments. Carl brings a very strong and pragmatic approach to project delivery, and will primarily focus on this area for Store House. Carl has previously lead various large project teams through the whole project life cycle, from feasibility through to handover and occupation, having always added value to those schemes.
Elizabeth joined Store House London in February 2019. Elizabeth has a strong background in finance, business administration and management. Elizabeth manages the current property portfolio and oversees all other projects through to completion. Elizabeth also heads up the management of the Co-Living area of the business. Alongside this, she coordinates the busy Store House Office, bringing a swift and pragmatic approach to planning and problem solving. Elizabeth brings with her a keen interest and flair for interior design and styling and a passion for architecture.
